Processing and hosting
The contact form is processed by the Web3Forms service, which forwards your request directly to our email address. The site is hosted on a secure cloud infrastructure. Your information may be processed on servers located outside Quebec.
Analytics
We may use analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These tools may set cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse them.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and meet our obligations, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.
